Installing libterm-readline-gnu-perl-Perl's Term::ReadLine::Gnu module

Let's install Perl's Term::ReadLine::Gnu module. Required to enable the history feature in the Perl Debugger. Install with the apt command.

sudo apt install -y libterm-readline-gnu-perl
